Girls volleyball starts in the public schools at 7th grade, and there are opportunities for recreational play at younger ages through the local recreation departments. Unfortunately, boys volleyball has much more limited opportunities outside of Delta Athletics, with school play only in the 7th and 8th grade, limited recreational play, and no club presence.
